Get a Q-tip and dab some tea tree oil on them and they will go away pronto. You can get tea trea oil at The Body Shop or in the beauty products section of a natural food market. More mainstream markets may have it, too.

use oxy pads.. they're dry, leave no goop and actually shrink zits.

they also work wonders on cysts too.

but it's good to 'remove' blackheads and most zits.. some are pretty deep and a good cleansing and steaming the face and massaging the skin and squeezing out most work best then apply the oxy. sometimes pimples don't dry up all the way or enough and sometimes the puss hardens then you get a cyst and those are a pain! plus cysts like to leave a mark behind, bad ones mostly.

it's good to get rid of zits the old fashioned way but don't just pop them, steam the face, put a nice (hot as you can stand not HOT HOT but quite warm) and loosen the flesh... and squeeze gently the little guys along with the black heads using a soft towel then wash your face (and whatever effected area) with soap that doesn't irritate the skin (skin creams, noxema, face cleansers) and rinse.. then use some anti acne pad, not a cream, creams really just gunk the pores up more and what you get is itchy.

never let anyone tell you to put oily, greasy things on your face to rid yourself of zits (zits are oils and grease embedded) that's just a joke and it'll make things worse. what dries up zits is a clean, dry solution... and keeping the face/skin clean and dry.

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.

In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

I used to have really really bad acne when I was younger. When I turned 17 I went to go get birth control pills, and my doc said that there is a bc pill that takes care of your skin as well, so I tried it, and I have been zit-free ever sense. My doc also said that even girls who do not need bc pills are taking them because of this. I had no side-effects. Maybe you should ask your doc about bc pills as an option. I think it is called Ortho TriCyclen or something if I remember correctly.

Put peroxide on them. Use cotton ball and put the peroxide on it them dab the spots. Also get a cleanser for your face. Exfoliate at least once or twice a week, this helps get rid of the dead skin and debris.
