it turns out the mouse gets addicted to cookies and thus ravages the house, searching for more... when it discovers there are none, it goes psyco and chews away the foundation on your house

I say give the mouse a little cookie. Too much and you'll have a diabetic mouse.....but everything in moderation.

If you give a mouse a cookie, he'll want a glass of milk to go with it. When you open the refrigerator to get the milk, he'll see that leftover pizza with extra cheese and invite himself over for lunch with all his friends and relatives...

He would then want a glass of milk to go with the cookie,then have to clean up his mess,which leads to cleaning the kitchen which tires him out so needs a nap,it is a vicious circle.
DON'T DO IT!

Think of this:Wild mice eat out of garbage cans,your cabinets,everything it can find including plastic and paper.A cookie will not hurt your mouse.

Nothing if he's a caged pet. If you give a pest mouse one though, he/she will become content to reside with you and invite the relatives, start socializing, make lots of babies and... wham-o, next thing you know, you open your cutlery drawer and find lots of defacated chocolate chips.

I dont think anything if it is very little, but even with a little that will fill them up and they will miss a meal of good foods and will just be eating junk

and he will ask for a glass of milk, which we all know will only lead to ask for crayons, which both are bad for mice

you give mouse cookie.
mouse gets fat, high cholesterol, dies of a heart attack. ooh the pain and anguish, if only you would have let that poor little mouse starve.
