As far as your skin goes:
If you want to keep a light complexion, the solution is sunblock--SPF30 or higher. That will prevent you from tanning.
As far as being slim goes: you have to consider your built, your weight, and your height. If you want to lose a few extra pounds, stay away from sweets, milk, pastries, bread, and pasta, and eat only meat and vegetables for a few days. That will bring extra pounds off in a hurry. - I forgot to mention cereals--stay away from them for that time being - Do not use this approach if you have to lose more than 10 pounds for you are withholding essential nutrients from the body when on this crash diet.
Since losing weight and keeping it off is the goal, the approach has to be changing your life style, meaning, changing your eating habits and adding exercise to your daily activities. So evaluate what you eat, how often you eat your favorite foods, and see how you can change that. Then reduce the amount of your daily intake by using a few tricks:
1. drink plenty of water right before eating, because you will be full a lot faster.
2.eat slow, chew your food thouroughly. You got to give it 15 minutes before you notice if you are full.
3.use a smaller plate. It will look like a lot of food is on your plate, you automatically put less on it.
4.snack on fruits if you get hungry in between.
5.keep busy--pick up an activity that occupies you to the point where you "forget" that you are hungry.
6.If you feel like you are hungry, drink something first thing, because a lot of times we think we are hungry when we are really only thursty.
8.Exercise--you can do crunches to help reduce your stomach, jogging, running, walking, raquet ball, swimming---all this will help if you add this consistently to your changing your eating habits.
Lastly: Milk is not a drink, milk is food. The body digests milk as it digests food, so maybe you want to eliminate it at night time, because that is like eating, milk does have a lot of calories.
If you must drink soda, try to switch to sugar free. It will not taste the same in the beginning, but you will get used to it, because 1 can of pop has 180 calories compared to zero calories when you drink a diet pop!!!!!!!!!!

That's crazy. First of all - khuskhus is NOT poppyseeds. Also, poppyseeds have a small amount of opium in them, so they're really not good for you. So, I would not reccomened that.
