i cant get my ipod to update and when it is about to the computer says there is a problem and closes befor it starts. i have updated and restored my ipod and deleted my itunes and reinstaled it atleast 5 times. i am pissed so please help
the stuff on top is what it says befor it closes me out

Maybe you need to get a new computer. Do you have too many songs on your ipod? Maybe you dont have the right function such as microsoft or what ever. Contact and e-mail the apple company . Idid last week and they said i had to get a new computer.

get a new computer. u have to have windows XP or higher for itunes 2 work. but b4 u throw out the computer, backup your music files so u can load them onto your new computer.

Try reformatting your iPod. Then it is like you are restarting with a brand new iPod.
