To burn 3 lbs of fat, you would have to burn an additional 1500 a day, eat 1500 less calories a day, or some combination to equal 1500 calories; and there is not a real healthy way to do that. You could easily lose several lbs of water in a week though.

I use to have to do that when I was younger to get under the weight limit before a game in midget football. I would sometimes drop up to ten pounds in a couple of hours before a game. I'm 6'4'' and 245lbs now, I used to run, spit, go to the bathroom you will drop the water weight, but it is not a long time solution...

You should eat atleast 5 to 7 servings of fruit and veggies each day. Stay away from junk food and sodas, and excersise alot! Swimming burns alot of calories, and do things like push ups, crunchies, yoga, running, and gymnastics if you can. Don't push yourself too hard though or you'll end up getting sick!

eat a very light dinner for 5 of the 7 days. If you can cut 1800 calories out of your weekly total this way, you'll come pretty close.

cut down your calories to like 500 a day. Eat but not till your full, just enough to make your hunger disappear. Drink WATER and nothing like alcohol, pop, or juices.

eat 2 bowls of oat meal a day or cream of wheat and a few glasses of water a day!!it gross but works the bowls doesnt have to be full or even homemade oatmeal cookies

my cousin did this and lost 10 pounds in a week: no candy, low carbs, low fat foods, no soda, eat mostly fruits and salads for meals, not too much meat, exercise a lot
