i think most if not all people are uncomfortable with mood swings ... but it all matters with the way you react ... maybe you can use a little reverse psychology on this regard ... it's a good antidote!

it depends how well i know the person, and how ill that person apeared to be. most of us have mood swings at some point in our lives, depending on our stress levels. the severity can vary.
