I like to watch the investigation/spy (well not really the murder part)programs.It's kinda like a who done it mystery.I can't go to sleep thinking wow so and so did it when i thought it was whoever.I wouldn't have nightmares I'm grown.If you do then maybe you shouldn't watch ti.Sorry to disagree.

Yes. Last night was good, though, because I watched Silent Witness which made me cry, then Dawn French which made me laugh. The BBC must have read your question and given us the best of both worlds.

cos they are giving tips to all the creeps and weirdos out there that will be getting ready to kill someone at that time of nite. they would be as well as saying "dont screw it up like these people did"
