because you are so awful and an embarrassment to the team, would that be fun for you??

Why would you want to play, knowing that you are only a handicap to the team?

talk to the coach. if the coach cant see how she is screwing the team over... time to join a different team. if the whole team is giving her a hard time, maybe you could all conspire to get her to quit the team.

Obviously, she is not taking your team too seriously. If your team is a very competitive one (i.e. it's more about winning and competing than just having fun), kick her off the team and tell her that she should join a team that is a little less serious--one she can just have more fun with.

Whuvagut: How the hell are WE supposed to know what she is FEELING? We're not psychick! Why don't you ask her and stop moaning?

It is about the team... You win as a team and you lose as a team. She may actually be enjoying herself and having fun.

I think, in a constructive sort of way, that you can attempt to help her improve her game. She will get better and make your team better in the process...

I think you need to train your mindset - then re-evaluate why you play in such a team game.

Maybe you are in the wrong role/position or that some people do not use you effectively.

The idea of 'team' is that all memebers gel together so if you cannot gel, try something else.

Find something she can do, if it's basketball maybe intentional fouls, I can't imagine that there is a person that can't do one thing in each sport, even if you have to use her for a distraction.

So you win or lose. What difference does it really make. Other than you can say "IN YOUR FACE" and do the safety dance.
