Airsoft or Paintball?

Question

I like both and have awesome guns for both but they each have good things i like more that the other one doest have, Like Paintball hurts more and leaves paint marks so you know you hit them and they cant lie. but the flaws are you gotta buy co2 and all this other stuff that airsoft doesnt need. Airsoft i like because how realistic the guns look and feel. Well which one do you like better??? thanks

i have been playing airsoft for something like 5 years i never liked paintball wasn't my thing the realism of airsoft is awsome true scale similar weight the gear is awsome it's a game of honor and to play with people who are honorable is cool i find that it may be easier to make friends in airsoft as well becuz it's less competitive as for guns it's cool battery powered i can go hours with out having to change m y battery and as for ammo you get a case of paintballs for like what 40 bucks or where as you can get a bag of 4000 count bag of bb's for 15 bucks or so as for what the last guy put DO NOT EVER reuse bb's once used they're no good the impact of the bb hitting something changes them and in turn will break inside of your gun or damage the gears and or the soft brass barrels for more info check your local airsoft forums or here's one to get you started

Okay, to the dude who said airsoft is for wimps: way to go, personal preference. Hooray beer! I'd like to see you get shot in the face with a gas pistol at 350 FPS by an idiot and risk going blind at any given moment of any given day. I know a kid that had that happen to him. Techinically, neither hurts more. I like both, I have nothing against paintball, but I like airsoft a lot more, simply for the more realism and more various roles. In paintball, there is only people in brightly colored clothing running around trying to get off their guns. There is hardly any team effort, and the effort is far from tactical. The same gun that acts as a sniper rifle is the same gun that shoots 31 BPS is the same gun that acts as your secondary weapon is the same gun that is your CQB weapon. Nobody is sniper or gunner or medic, you're all running around trying to shoot out the other team.

I like airsoft better for the simple reason that if you dont buy a realy expensive gun or a lot of them then it is a lot less expensive. You have to buy all of the paintballs for the gun and you cant reuse them. With airsoft you can reuse your BB's
