There are two real good reasons for you not being stupid, the first is that your wondering and the second is that your wondering with a computer. Now you may have done something stupid, but that doesn't justify you being able to adopt the classification for life. If you have learned that what you did was stupid, make amends and ask for information about how not to do the same thing again. If you don't, then yes, you can have this label.

You can't really ask that until we know more information. You could just be ignorant and that is partly your fault and partly your parents. You could be book stupid and that isn't your fault you could have no common sense and that isn't your fault either. Everyone is born with certain things there good at.

If you're just naturally stupid, it's not your fault. If you're ACTING stupid on purpose, and you know that what you are doing is stupid, it is self-destructive to keep doing it ---so that is specifically stupid, is it not?
Either way, if you're stupid, try and become proactive with your own analysis of your behaviour, if you're being stupid, change it. You CAN be smart instead.

You cannot be blamed for intelligence, but you can be blamed for not learning from mistakes.
I think you have been told you are stupid by harsh members of your social group - drop them, you do not need such people.
