it depends more on the mothers age than the father, but if you think you could be, go to a doc.
With the tecnology nowadays fortunately you can know if there is some sorta problem with your baby

So far the only problems are when a woman is over 40 and pregnant. Older men have had healthy babies with younger women for years. Now as for the social side of things, your child may or may not have the following: teasing for having an older dad, have to grow up with out him (if he is in poor health), have to live his adulthood without him (your guy is 60, by the time your child is 20 your guy will be 80), and your child may not understand how or why mommy and daddy are so different in ages. These are all things to just think about. Good luck with your pregnancy and your guy.

The baby will most likely come out just fine.
But i hate to say anything how could you be with a 60 yr old at such a young age. I am almost 30 and couldn't even think of it or even be attracted to it.
Although GL to you and your baby and your plans for the future!!

Does he have any health problems (not age related)? Your OB will ask you these types of questions:
Does the mother or father have heart problems, genetic disorders etc.?
They can also test for Downs Syndrome, spinal problems etc at your visits. They can catch a lot of things before the baby is here. Good luck and I hope that everything works out for the best.

The only thing that will be bad if you are pregnant will be the fact that your baby will most likely lose its father at an early age.

Damn, talk about robbing the craddle. No, the age of the fathers does not effect the sperm, if he is fertile, they the baby should have no problems. The other way around, yes, there could be problems.

not unless the guys has health issues that are hereditary. But I am a little concerned why a 60 year old will have sex with a 19year old.

Unlike women, men can reproduce for the rest of thier lives. Most of the time, there will be nothing wrong, but with his gae, I would definetly be asking your doctor some of the side effects of it. I think you'll be fine. Good luck!
