20's on a ranger?

I have a 1997 Ford Ranger. I was just wondering what i would have to do as far as cutting etc. to fit 20's on my ranger.

The front suspension might not allow the fitment of such large and heavy wheel tire assemblys. I think the top ball joint and knuckle will rub. Fender edge even rolled in the rear may also rub. Besides the wheel and tires would be worth more than the truck your putting them on. Get that new Esclade you really want!
