has anyone tried maybelline's "express makeup - shine control" foundation? I'm thinking of buying it, and if anyone has tried it (with either good or bad results) please tell me! (I have oily, breakout-prone skin if that helps. sometimes it does)

I wasted my money on that stuff. It broke out my face bad, I have the oily based skin. I have to be careful with certain products. So far Max Factors do better for me.

No I haven't, but if you really want to invest your money on an awesome product that will give your skin a glow and hide your acne scars, try Sheer Cover. It does WONDERS to your skin! It's a mineral makeup, so it sets directly on the skin, and doesn't clog pores, so it will help prevent breakouts on your skin. For more information, go to www.sheercover.com.

I've never tried that particular foundation, but if you have oily skin, powder foundation would probably be better than liquid. Physician's Formula has great powder foundations and bronzers made with minerals to keep your skin clear.

i havent tried this kind, but neutrogena has a really good foundation for your skin type. i mix it with a dab of oil-free moisturizer and smooth it on my face. itis called skin clearing oil-free makeup and it costs about 7-10 bucks (and lasts for up to two months). it contains 0.5% of salicylic acid, acting as both a base and a blemish treatment.

i tried and i stop using it. i have breakouts, i'm not sure if it's because of the foundation but i just stop using it anyway. i use neutrogena foundation instead.

bare essentials, it is a mineral powder makeup that covers well and actually is good for your skin. it also has a natural sunscreen in it
