Think about all the fun stuff you can do now, and the fun you can have with your sister.
Really visualize a positive future for yourself - I mean actually make the pictures in your mind. Then make them bigger, brighter, and the colours bolder!
Then add positive sounds to them, like maybe the sounds of your own laughter for example, and turn it into a movie if it was still pictures before.
Then add smells, and tastes to your movie - maybe a part of it can be the smell of freshly cut grass in summer, or a favourite food being cooked, and then tasting that favourite food.
What you choose to add to your movie will be personal to you.
Then when it's as vivid and real as you can make it in your mind (you probably already feel better by now, don't you.), step into that future of yourself so that you're not looking at your self in that movie, but you're in the movie looking out of your eyes at everything else in it, and really seeing what you see, hearing what you hear in it, and really feeling what you feel in that movie.
And when you can make those good feelings as intense as you can possibly make them, squeeze your thumb and forefinger of your non-dominant hand together at the peak of the experience.
The sensation of squeezing your thumb and forefinger together will become an anchor which, when you do it again in future will trigger this feeling throughout your nervous system so you can instantly feel all those positive feelings again, and again, and again...haven't you ;)

Physically, you can try old fashioned methods: drink a shot, pop a pill, have some sex or new age methods: try exercise (releases endorphins, rids your body of toxins and stress).
Mentally, you can try the old fashioned methods: release aggression through cathartic behaviors, (beat the shi* out of a trash can--although some evidence that this is counter-productive) or new age methods: clear your head, take some deep breaths, close your eyes or tell a friend about it who will listen.

You can thank God that you are finally out of that job, get some nice clothes on, pick some of your favourite music for the journey and sing to your heart's content as you drive to your sisters. You'll feel better soon.

Imagine them on the toilet with constipation (my boss told me to do this when someone is being crappy) laugh at them then go and have a nice long relaxing bath with a favourite drink and good music and go to your sisters laughing all the way. You're better off without them!

Smells always do it for me. Some smells can bring back happy memories and others the bad ones.
Have a bubble bath with a spray of perfume and relax while listening to music you love and chill out.

just think how lucky you are to be out of that smelly greasy chippy, and what a wonderful day tomorrow will be with so many different roads to travel.

artwork on self belief, openness and friendliness. Your "no longer ordinary to get" may well be coming off as standoffish. Plus it sort of seems such as you're discouraged so as which would be sending off indicators besides. returned, artwork on the arrogance. self belief is often eye-catching ;-) solid success
