hummm first of all when you're menstruating always wear dark clothing.. that will help.
i'm unsure menstrual blood is pretty tough loves to leave a stain for all eternity.
try soaking it in a liquid clothes detergent with some bleach... and then there's a stain remover called zout! i've had faily good luck with zout over the years.
try that... if that won't work well do the dark clothing thing....
that's just the way it is... mother natures goes where she wants... when she wants...
but bleach, liquid detergent.. and zout it out.. see if anything improves.

First thing you need to do pre treat the stain and then soak it in cold water for a few days. Then toss in the machine or it u want u can wash it by hand. Do not put your suit in the dryer let it air dry.

soak it in warm water, with a little bit of bleach. then wash it out, if you have those little scrubs, scrub it, then it'll come out.
