You wrote "I'm that bored". This is the main point. Why are you bored? What is going on or not going on in your life that makes you so bored?

I have decided not to answer the question because it's irrelevant. But let me ask you another question, do you realize that life is short and your life won't last forever, and if you do get this, why not start living and then you won't be bored.

Not entirely sure what you are getting at so I think I will just finish your sentence for you instead: I'm THAT bored that I am asking people if they could say no to this question would they?

Personally for me it is : I'm THAT bored I am answering a question asking if I could say no to it would I?

the questioin to ask is what questions is the one that you whant me to answer and is the answer and negation of it's own answer

ithe other part of the question is irrelevant as the first part posses a problem when you answer
if you answer NO are you stating no you could not answer or NO you would not answer
hence the question inside the question
in logic you learn that two negatives make a positive so if you answer no to a no question are you saying YES?
