Is it still cool to cut-down our elected leader and just leave it at that, offering no alternatives or solutions?

-If you use your energy and register to vote instead of sharing your extream hatered of Bush or the Republican party in useless forums like this one, you could make a diffrence.-

If you don't like the president that's fine. Personally he seems like a "yes man" to me but I still respect his position. Please keep your critisism constructive! It's only funny when John Stewert bashes Bush, and you are no comedian. ;p

My point exactly! Everyone is quick to criticize and ridicule, but then can not back up any opinion with alternatives. What else should we do? You are entitled to your opinion, however, you need to have some idea of what else we could be doing if you are going to argue your point.

I have suggestions and alternatives for the Bush Administation's actions all the time. I write to the White House, to newspapers, to our elected representatives. My gracious, I can't figure out why they don't just jump on my ideas!
I know they must Round File (trash basket) my letters as soon as some lowest grade GSA puts them in machine to send an automated response.
I have no critisim about your question, and I am not as funny as John Stewert. But then you are not the arbitrator of the Answers Forum either. It is one of the few places one can speak one's mind and you may suggest , but you don't make the rules.

I also know it's fine if I don't like Bush. Don't need your permission. And if this forum is so useless why are you wasting your time on it!

What I see and hear from democrats is just what you said bash Bush and no answers. I feel that they do this because they just don't have a plan for anything. Social Security, can't touch this even if it will bankrupt our country, Iraq, bring all the troops home right now, doesn't matter that we will be seen as cowards by the world again no plan. I sometimes feel that the last democrat to have a plan was JFK. For the foreseeable future I will vote for whomever I think has good ideas. and I guess that will most likely be republicans.

The liberial democrates don'y have any suggestions or ideas, and even if they did they know they are better off keeping quite, as when they open their months they stick foot in it. The last idea they had was Hillary's national medical plan that cost Bill the house and the senate. They have been bad mouthing Bush, and they get kicked in rear last week with the airplane attact that was foiled by US and England. Last good idea was 1965 with civil rights bill

Critizing Bush isn't comparable to bashing him. whilst Dems arent suitable, they do grant replace of the present rules that have delivered us 2 wars, the utmost gas expenses in history, super interest losses, the record is going on. that's not bashing..its in simple terms information. Do your homework....the Dems platform is obviously stated...on their internet site case in point.

They don't have suggestions to make things better.....Kerry didn't in his campaign.....and if he did, he cares so little about the USA he never even brought them up in the senate.....secondly, and lastly, Bush is the more powerful man in the free world, so who is he saying YES too, God? Well, I would too, personally

that's what politics is about. politicians only see's the negative side of the person they disagree with. they offer no help to the president about what's good for the american people and for the world. they just criticize and bring him down. i think other politicians just want attentions so that when it comes for re-election, people will know who they and not be like, " who the f*ck is that?"

Some people go to business meetings and don't make any input or give suggestions until after the meeting. I don't get it. These people need to stay home.
