wel, u shood giv mor details. Like othrs sed, if u lowerd da screen resolution, set it to higher 1 by rite-clik on the desktop, properties, setting tab, move da bar abov somthin like 640x480 pixels to somware lik 1024x768.
If u changd da icon size, it wil giv a biga icon size. Rite-clik on da desktop, properties, appearance tab, advanced button, select icon, set da size 2 32, usually.

Your icons have a fixed size that is measured in pixels, like the size of an image on a website. Check your screen resolution. You may have accidentally descreased it, which has the effect of making your desktop icons larger since you are displaying fewer pixels on the screen.

Check the resolution on your computer. Go into Start>Control Panel>Display>Settings> Then slide the bar closest to "More"

This is as old as windows you either changed you screen settings or Windiws had a bad day,,,,right click your Desktop screen then click Properties then Settings see if you can change your screen settings to ^600x800 or whatever it was before.

(on your desktop right click on mouse) then propeties (display propeties open) click on appearance, then click on advanced, then click on the arrow down, then select icon on the size arrows go up to maket bigger down to make it smaller

u have reduced the screen size caused this action...
all u gotta do is..go to empty desktop...right click> properties> go to tab settings> make the screen resolution it 1024X768 if it's still big go to more resolution...

Perhaps you have fallen forward and your face is pressed against the screen. Try resuming a normal sitting position and see if that helps.
