I already have a house to live in..do not need a mansion. I would go for the 200 mpg car. At 200 mpg, a tank of gas would last me at least a couple of months.

The 200 mpg car because with the money I save on gas, I could get the mansion later.

Give me the big mansion so I can rent it out. A 200 mpg car is bound to be UGLY and slow.

I'll take the mansion. In my country real estate prices are always rising, plus with the money I get from renting it I'll eventually buy a car. And I still enjoy using the subway.

I would like to just have the money to live comfortable. Wouldn't want a mansion because it would take to much to heat it up, and it's bigger than I need, and a fast car would either
1. Kill me
2. Get me on maintance
3. get stolen

The car. I would then have experts analyze the car and start reproducing it and make enough money to buy several mansions, congressmen to change the laws in this land, hell, I could buy anything. move over bill gates
