San Deigo , california for the weather
Amsterdam , Netherlands for the drugs and hookers
Costa rica for the awsome waterfalls you can jump off cliffs into
Alaska for the Northern lights
Austrailia to hang out with monkeys
Ireland to drink beer with red headed bar maids who like to party

I don't think I'll be settling anywhere anytime soon

Arizona for me.

Left England (aged 30 yo) in 1993 & came to Arizona - I'm not going anywhere - about to buy a house to retire in eventually - maybe Cottonwood. I thought about retiring to Hawaii (Maui probably). But it's 5 hours from anywhere.

England sucks.

I would like to live in Barrow, Alaska, where it is cold all the time. Since there are only a few Eskimos that live there, no one would care if you were smoking pot or not because they would be in their own houses cause it would be too cold to go and be nosy about what your neighbors are doing - not that I smoke weed, cause I don't.

Point me in the direction of Jamaica! Actually tho', I've had my binoculars focused on Amsterdam long enough to realize I want to be there. Have you heard of dual citizenship? Millions have simply gone ex patriot.too, but it's possible to become multinational and live most anywhere you darn well please!
