Try moving your home (along with your wife) to a new place away from her parents. Take interest in domestic affairs but let her have her way as far as domestic issues are concerned. Everyone needs to work hard to make one's marriage work, and when it works, it's a beautiful feeling. Do not give up.

first love then marriage, then no love and no marriage. kidding
ur just going thru a bad phase, dont make small issues like these spoil what u first started out with. tell ur wife what you want and tell her to keep the parents away and also tell your in-laws firmly but politely (just so not to be rude) that this is your family where u are the head and make decisions, to mind their own business and keep out of your family's affairs, be parents and to let their daughter be a good wife, also tell her what provokes u and explain all yur actions and reactions, women love explanations and tell her in clear words why are u mad. dont go the courts just yet, wait a while and see if anything here can be done, marriages are for keeps and no marriage or partner is perfect, we are all imperfect in an imperfect world made by a perfect God who through our imperfectness works the most perfect things LIFE and when u will look back u will see it all, have patience, if your love is true it will hold ur marriage through all the ups and downs

boss yours is a common problem like in any other household these days if am not wrong her parents have not approved of your marriage if it is so and they are interfering in your married life causing u mental trauma there is only one solution without getting rid of your wife as relations don't die so easily especially love relations.
What i would suggest to you is if her parents are wealthier than you are start working hard my friend as money talks , take your stand and give strict warning for legal action if they interfere at all with your married and personal life as no one not even your wife has tyhe right to invade your privacy be firm but nopt physical in any manner try verbal confrontation with a big dose of self confidence and take yours and your wife life and decision in your hands and it will be only a matter of time before this stand and approach will give you the result try to avoid asking for any help from ypour wife or in laws you are the man of the house and she married you coz she had faith and confidence in you so keep it that way if u need any other assistance at all plz feel free to ask

Try not to react to whatever she is doing. If you have an attorney, let him deal with everything. I don't know how things are in India but hopefully it will all work out for you.

Well welcome to reality practically every countries laws favor women unless of course your muslim in the middle east where women are considered of low station. So pack up your camels and move to the great sand pit of the world. good luck.
