yes! I do! When things get especially tough, I tend to get mean. Then I tend to cry. I don't know if that is considered a "tantrum", but if you ever saw me in action, I think you would say it is... ;-)

I may not through a tantrum but if it is attention I want I may sink to desperate lows to get some. Lately I find when things don't go my way I tend to analize it and compare to previous similar situations and see if I can spot trends and improve for next time. I have a theory that everyone has a time when everything is about them so I try to relax a lot and let other people hog the attention sometimes. Also you can't let life "get to you" because it really is life that gets you in the end ;) I now it's corny but true so enjoy it while you can

I don't throw tantrums but when life gets to be too much I will cry. It takes a lot to bring me down like that though

Umm, yes. When I was 14, I kicked a hole in my bedroom door! That was a long time ago. . . and losing control like that now would be shameful. I still grind my teeth every now and then, but running and exercising in general prevents tantrums.
If some pisant in your life makes you miserable, go run a mile (or more) to get rid of the anxiety. You'll run faster, longer and stronger. And you'll feel way better.

When life gets too much for me I just withdraw for abit. I guess throwing a tantrum will relieve some of the emotional baggage but other than that it is quite pointless. But if someone just gets in my way repeatedly on purpose whne things get too heavy, wish them luck ^_^

Well not a tantrum, but sometimes life does get to be too much and I might just cry! No stomping though!

I try not to. I may find myself in a tantrum here and then but not often. I usually try to take life easy and schedule my time so that things don't get tough.

I used to but not anymore. I've learned that when things get to be too much it never stays that way for long. So I step back for awhile and regroup. It's never as bad as it seems at first.

No, when things get to be too much I walk away till I cool down or find something to do to take my mind away for a while.

No, I have my own way of dealing with things when I get overloaded. I usually withdraw and mope for awhile. Neither of our strategies really fixes anything, but at least we feel better afterwards.
