The effects, is your pants always fall down, you turn sideways, and your back just extends further. I have no idea, I have a bum, and a nice one at that.
Try butt crunces, tightening your cheeks, and the releasing it. and exercises for your hiney, will also help.

You can do some exercises to improve it.
Lay on the floor, feet firmly planted onto the flooor, legs together, then lift your lower body as high as you can, lower it to about half an inch to the floor, then back up as high as you can. Do this exercise 25 times, start out with one repetition and increase in time to as many as you can(genereal rule of thumb: once you do not get sore any longer you can increase the amount of repetitions). This exercise will work the center muscles of your butt.
Next, go to the same position, spread your legs as far as possible, then do the same workout, also 25 times with repetitions. This will work the side of your butt muscles. Do this exercise every other day, or do one exercise each day. If you do this consistently, you will see results in about 2 months and if you continue it, you will get a nice firm, and round butt. Not really a butt fan myself. I do like them if shaped like a heart when a girl bends over, however. I've heard doing it doggy-style increases the size if that's what you want

squats get you a nice butt..about a 100 aday..and diet you need proteins for a nice butt...beacuae botty has muscle and muscles need protein..so eat well eggs ..chicken.. and that and do your squats
