I see that people are not sure if you want to tighten your arm or if you want to lighten(tan)your arm.
If you mean to ask for a tip on how to tan your underarms, I would try a self-tanning lotion to achieve a fast result. Before applying the self-tanner, wash your them with apricot scrub to remove rough skin particles, then apply it according to instructions.
If you are talking about tightening your underarms, there are a few things you can do to improve them:
1.if you are strong enough, try push ups(can be done on your knees)with your arms spread wide apart to work the lower muscles.
2.Take a weight--even a big can of food(2lbs+)will work, lift your arm straight up into the air with the weight in your hand, then bend your arm from the elbow on behind your head, go up straight again, bend the lower portion of your arm(from elbow to hand only)behind your head---and do this as many times as you can, repeating the set(try to start out with 10-20, and 1-2 repetitions).
3.Go swimming, that will definitely take care of that problem. Swimming for 45 minutes 3 times a week should show first results within 8-10 weeks.
None of the exercises will show instant results, so be patient with yourself.

Depends on your nationality
.
White people kinda lucked out in eveness. (Is that a word? Should be!)
Any other nationality, I think, has to accept their skin type. Jut look at Naomi Campbell. She is beautiful, but she even has discoloration on her elbows and underarms. I am Native American and I have discolorations there also.
Stop worrying about your underarms. Truthfully, people probably don't even notice. And if they are that shallow, you don't need them.

I have that problem, too :)
I think pretty much all you can do is just try to tan that part and then it won't be so obvious.
If you don't want to go to a proffesional tanning place, wait and just tan in your backyard when the sun is out!
If you don't want to use tanning oil, use BABY OIL. It's completly harmless, moisturises your skin, and gives you a quicker tan.
