to shine in hollywood? one who can give other black actors hope of making it big?

I seriously doubt it. all you see is these no talent, hip hop peice of sh*t nobodies who come out with these straight to video B movies. and the little white boys are loving that **** cause they are a bunch of wannabes. they are bringing down standards, dont beleive me, what would Samual Jackson say about that?

I don't know exactly what u're reffering to .... of course there will be and there are african american actors that "shine" as you say at Hollywood. I've recently seen "Ray" (movie about Ray Charle's life), where the main character is played by Jamie Foxx. I recommand you this movie in case you haven't seen it. I was really impressed by his acting skills. He did a wonderful job, and he deserved the Oscar that he won for this character. Not to mention actors like Morgan Freeman, Denzel Washington (another Oscar winner), Samuel L Jackson, Cuba Gooding Jr, Eddie Murphy, Will Smith, and many others. And I don't even want to start listing african american actresses - Halle Berry, Whoopi Goldberg, Vanessa Williams, etc etc.
