You need to get over the friend or you won't have a fiance. Sounds to me like you're not ready for marriage dude.

There are a lot of variables here. First you state that you like her friend but still love the fiance'. THE FIANCE' ???? Shouldn't that be my fiance'???? I am getting the impression that you are getting married as a convenience....Not for true love. You had better get down and do a lot of soul searching. I have learned that the secret of a good marriage is that you have got to like the one you're married to. You have got to have more than a good rapport with the one you choose, as this decision should last you through the rest of your life. I don't think that this is something you should discuss with either of the women. And I also wonder if your like for her friend is not lust. And if this is happening now and you marry, will you possibly tend to do the same in the future. Possibly putting the wedding date off for a while, while you sort out your bolts and screws. Also really wonder why you even posed this question as you already know your answers and just want to see if anyone will confirm what you have already figured out by yourself. Something else to think about, if you should dump the fiance' and go with the friend, what makes you think that she will have anything to do with you. If she is any kind of a woman with moral values, she has already seen what your values are worth.

then youre not sure you love your fiance, you are always going to have people in your life you will like, just make sure your fiance is the one you want to spend your life with, do you live with each other, thats when you really put yourselves to test, you should call it off if you feel strongly about it

You need to make up your mind if you are thinking of getting married!! Do you really see yourself spending the rest of your life with you fiance? If yes, I think you know what you need to do in this situation.

work on your relationship and forget the friend,,if you dont love her enough to marry her anymore, talk to her,she would want to know, you dont have to say the real reason,,but to be honest,,the friend wouldnt likely go out with you even if you and your girl split up,,its no go territory,,never date a friends ex.

If that is how you feel, I am thinking you likely shouldn't be engaged. You obviously are not ready to commit to a relationship.
