If you're speaking of Chiswick in the UK, I would recommend the following site. It sounds like they do a various types of Yoga, massage therapy as well as Thai Bodywork, Craniosacral Therapy, Shiatsu, Reiki, pilates, spa treatments, chanting, tai chi, personal development and spiritual work shops. Homeopathy, Hypnotherapy, Counselling, EFT, Crystal Healing, Hopi Ear Candles, Food Intolerance testing, Astrology and Yoga and meditation workshops, pregnancy, post natal and kids yoga.
Here's the website and good luck!!

properly if she is conscious its a boy she's in all probability had an extremely sound which makes it unlikely to be donning greater beneficial than one. i in my opinion could no longer see my feet at sixteen weeks with my first and did no longer eve seem pregnant till 8 months with my 2d. It basically relies upon how she is donning, the scale of the infant shouldn't in all probability result lots at this point. If the OB says she's high-quality i does no longer difficulty too lots, I additionally does no longer remark to her approximately her length she may well be a splash gentle, in spite of the fact that if she smiles and is polite whilst people say issues, I used to do a similar situation and then flow domicile and cry.

Congratulations! If you are still serious on yoga, then I suggest you discuss it with your midwife or health visitor and involve a yoga instructor. There are many yoga instructors online who will be happy to answer your questions. The benefits of yoga at this stage of your pregnancy would be the breathing meditations and gentle stretching exercises. Good luck!

I would try some meditation videos instead and appropriate videos for pregnancy. Most gyms have pregnant classes and I recommend the water ones because they take all the pressure of your back and legs. It feels wonderful. Make sure to talk to your OB to make sure whatever you do is safe for you and baby.
