I know women who didn't breastfeed and they also lost firmness after giving birth. The changes that your body undergoes during pregnancy are more than likely resposible for the change you're now noticing. It's not the breastfeeding that causes the sagging, necessarily.
As a breastfeeding mother myself... I completely understand the stress you're experiencing over the change in your breasts. I think the degree of change varies from woman to woman but almost every woman who goes through pregnancy experiences some loss of pre-pregnancy perkiness. I am still breastfeeding but I've already noticed a difference in the skin... a lack of firmness that I once had.
It does get depressing from time to time when I start comparing my current body to my pre-pregnancy body... but then I try to remember that it isn't only my body that has changed throughout the experience of becoming a mother... and while I might not be as 'perfect' in areas that I used to be I am so much better in the areas that truly count (I think).
Don't get down on yourself... remember that there are countless women who would be so grateful just to be able to have a child... so consider yourself lucky and try not to compare yourself to anyone else... even your former self!
If it's any consolation... I once read somewhere that you're breasts go through a stage after weaning in which they seem particularly empty and 'hollow' feeling... but that after some months they more closely resemble your pre-pregnancy breasts (to a certain extent). So there is hope!
Best wishes. And kudos to you for breastfeeding!

I know how you feel.
I have a 3 year old and a 8 week old, both breastfed.
After weaning my 3 year old, I looked horrible and I wasn't normal looking again until I got pregnant with my youngest. Everyones' skin is different, but most of us have to deal with the sagging for years before there is any change. I usually depend on good supportive bras to keep the breast from stretching even more. This also helps the breasts to gain elasticity. Other than that, there isn't much that can be done. Don't be sad, though. It's normal for everything to go "south" after having kids.

I just got to tell you this story! I had my 1st son at 15 years old, so I said I was not going to breast feed because I am still young and I don't want any granny titts. So I never even tried breast feeding my son. But it still happened (My titts was not the same no more) I was soooo mad. Now I am expecting my 2nd child at 21 years old and I will not cheat my child out of that good nutrition (breast milk).

Only 3 weeks? Maybe your puppies need a little more time to take shape. Sounds like all the inner ducts have been sucked out and depleted, and compressed. Give it time, after them puppies have rested a bit they will more than likely come alive and take shape and expand and stand up proud in all their glory, wanting to be petted again and admired again and again, just as before.
I have heard the, the Cattleman's Bra it one of the best for support. (That is the Penny-rich Bra). For it gets them up and moves them out. Good luck to ya, and Happy Hootering.

You may want to ask your doctor about that. I am 37, pregnant with my 4th and have breastfed all my children. When I'm not pregnant, my breasts are still perky and full and I have not had surgery. I am naturally a 34C cup so maybe that helps.

do not get worried there are many gels in the market which help you getting the liftup of breast. If it is aided by some exersice it works wonders. You will not be sad about it.

It's from the growing and stretching and changing that happens during pregnancy, not from breastfeeding. And it's normal.

For what it's worth, the first poster, who claims to be a doctor, seems to actually be a thirteen-year-old. I would take her opinion with a grain of salt.
