when i say 20 year old scars, i mean i got them when i was only 2 and im 22 now.

i know what you mean. my mom keeps telling me vitamin e. take the caplet apart and rub it on the scars. i myself just bought the scar therapy band-aids. you can buy both at any drug store.

I have heard that vitamin E is good for the skin and healing scars. Just break open a vitamin E capsule and rub the gel on the scar. There are products that would work too, but I am not sure what.

well the only thing that will successfully remove those or fade them is some sugery, laser surgery work.
it's cheaper now days, you may want to drop by the dermatologist or laser specialist and talk to them have them look at those scars and see if it's worth it.

Um I dont understand what a 20 year old flat and white scars are, give more detail please.
