Estate auctions will probably offer the cheapest items. Yard sales, flea markets, Goodwill Industires stores, and rummage sales all offer cheap furniture. Look for a St. Vincent DePaul Society chapter in your area. They will give you furniture for free if you are in need.

Try the local Goodwill store. Most have furniture that is donated. Otherwise, IKEA has pretty inexpensive new furniture.
