What experiment are you doing? If it's to isolate the impurities in technical magnesium then obviously the yield would be worse, but if it's something to do with the magnesium then usually the uncorrected result would be better...

Depending on the experiment, it can be influenced or not. If Mg is present, in pure or impure form it will affect the experiment if in the given conditions, magnesium would react with the reactants or the products of the reaction.

This question is meaningless unless you describe WHAT experiment you are doing.

You cannot just pull out a question from your lab project and isolated it from the rest of the lab and have it make any sense.

the results depend on wat experiment ur doin!!!!!but its sure tht the results will b different moreover there r 2 types of mg types it also depends on that
