The President would never do such a thing. His Daddy paid for someone else to write the exams for him or donated enough to the university that he did not even have to write the exams. To accuse him of any wrong doing is just plain wrong.

I think president Bush is intelligent enough to pass all the exams. to doctorate degree with honor but this does not mean that he is a successful politician.
