artificial insemination is a medical term and used only when a set of egg cells are taken from the ovary of a woman. then, the sperm of her partner are introduced to the eggs in culture. that is, outside of the woman, also called in vitro fertilization.
the sperm can live up to 72 hours after ejaculation. if there are live sperm from the semen taken from the condom and inserted into the vagina, then it is possible to fertilize an egg.
tell your brother not to get trapped by marrying or whatever. he can try DNA testing, that is, after the baby is born.

NO NO NO! because a sperm CANNOT survive outside the human body. Artificial insemination, however, is done by professionals in a controlled environment so that the sperm can survive.

Probably not because the sperm would die once exposed to oxygen. It's a good thing too because I would feel sorry for the baby who was brought into the world for the sole purpose of trapping somebody (which doesn't really work). If you think that way you shouldn't be a parent because a parent isn't supposed to be selfish.

Depends. If there was no anti-sperm stuff in that condom, yes it's possible in case she was fast enough.
Trap a guy with a baby.. Wow, that's very immature and selfish.
Did she succeed?

maximum condoms have a spermacide in them so it may well be confusing to inseminate with a used rubber, nonoxynal-9 i think is what's used as a spermacide interior the condom. additionally get legal professional!
