i want to gain height through eating proper diet and just stretching exercises or exercises which dont require any equipment .. plz suggest what all foods i shud eat .. i know milk is very important .. also tell me wat all exersises i shud do and for how much time every day ??

Sorry to tell you, but height is about 99.9% controlled by genetics. You can try a diet rich in protein and minerals, especially calcium, iron, zinc, and iodine. During the Cold War, the soviets gave their athletes iodine supplements to gain height.

Gain weight? Or grow taller, you didn't specify, sweetie. Ganing weight is relatively easy by taking in more calories than you are burning.
Height is a different issue. That is determined by genetics, aside from proper nutrition.
I am a dance teacher though, and one thing I highly recommend is learning proper posture. This can make a girl appear to be 2 or even 3 inches taller. You must put your weight towards the balls of your feet, hold your shoulders back, tuck your pelvis under, suck your belly in, and hold your chin up. Think supermodel. Don't put your butt out in the back, or arch your back, you will lose precious inches there...and it doesn't look sexy. So keep your back straight and your chin up, that's the best you can do. Yoga will help you stretch your ligaments and m,uscles which in turn will allow you to satnd up even straighter...giving you even more height.

drink more milk but not too much because theres a side affect and also eat ALOT of veggie that are dark-leafed. do that for 2 months and you'll probably reach the 2 inches

You will be whatever height you're meant to be. You can't make yourself grow unnaturally.

And since you're 13, that might have something to do with it. 13-year-olds care about dumb stuff like this -- maybe you, maybe your friends -- so just suck it up and wait till you become a little more mature. Then you'll realize that it doesn't matter what your height is.

try yoga .
In yoga you have many asanas which are not at all tedious in nature and all they involve is stretching and breathing rhythmically.
ex. tadasana, theeryak tadasana etc., which is specifically to increase height.
PS: interesting that you want '2 inches in 4 months' , never heard of such specfic targets.

I hate to tell you this but height will come in time......get lots of sleep at night, eat properly and eventually you will grow...there is no panacea for it. Be patient.

Go to yoga classes for sure. That helps you grow and helps your health. And for food....just don't eat junk food.

sleep early ..and a litre of milk..i no its 4 glasses but it should equal to a litre..cos diff glasses are diff sizes..you need a litre a day to grow

people grow when they sleep and eat right. eat alot of vegetables and drink milk. sleep alot if u can.
