Actually masterbating wont, but if you do it before bed and get all sweaty, and dont have shower before you sleep then the dirt and sweat in your pores could definitely cause pimples.

something really wacky, No.
However... Puberty causes pimples.
Your body is in a rush of hormones, some of which are having
the effect of changing the underlying layers of your skin (in
different ways, depending on gender). You don't notice this
construction, by-and-large, other than the occasional pimple,
usually caused by bacteria building up behind a clogged pore.
Make sure to keep your skin very clean and wait for puberty
to end.
Note, however, at 43, I still occasionally have pimples.

No. The increased hormone levels that young men experience, causing a never ending need for sexual gratification, also cause an increased activity level in the sebaceous glands. The sebaceous glands produce all the oils that go to the face and when pores are blocked, pimples result.
Whether you masturbate or not, you will still get pimples if your skin is a breeding ground for clogged pores.

No, masturbation will not cause pimples. As a matter of fact, it would have the complete opposite effect. Depending, of course, on how vigorously you get into your masturbation act. If you really get into it and raise a good sweat, it will clean out your pores where dirt and oils accumulate. Enjoy your time, but don't go overboard with your masturbation.

If you aren't washing your hands before touching your face after doing that than Hmmmm maybe those aren't pimples. EwWwWw!

YES, its not the maserbating that causes it, its the workout that you get from masterbating, the more you do it the more you sweat and your sweat contains oil that sits in your skin and causes acne.

It probably ended up a swell genitals or pennis due to masturbation, but don't think the swell will go to your face
