Hi, i would like to know that is leakage of sperm cause lean. most of the times like twice or thrice a weak there is a leakage of sperm during night. I need solution to overcome from this problem.

Visit a doctor, probably your penis muscle is loose, having difficulties to control the leakage of sperm

I don't know what the question is exactly, but your probably having wet dreams. It is normal, especially if your not sexually active or masturbating.
