no. not actually i answer a question without expecting it to be chosen as the best answer thats why i dont get dissapointed when its not chosen but when it does of course i m happy and satisfied

If you feel bad because your answer was not chosen, you need to go elsewhere and stop setting yourself up for disappointment.

I have found that most people ask questions looking for someone to agree with them, not the most truthful or factual or best answer. If you just want points try to agree with what they want.

especially when i spend 15 minutes typing up an insightful, well thought essay for them, and they choose someone elses 2-word answer as best

no cause there r smarter ppl than me out there. But i like seeing chooseing as best ansewer alot just look at my score and stats.

Yeah, it is kind of depressing when you find out that your answer was not the best one. But one can always get over it. It is human nature. You can help me get over my depressive moods by selecting mine as best. Thanks
