Would his special move be the Slamming Prayer (TM), whereby he crashes down on his opponent with Holy-like power, his fists clenched in hammer-like position? He would cry out "Ooooooh slamming PRAYER" as he comes crashing down.
On losing to this devastating blow, his opponent would have to forfeit his treasured bevvy of frankincense and myrrh.
Am i going places with this?

He'd use his multiplying fish technique, then throw them at his opponent.

It would be called the 'Holy Trinity' or similar.
A slap to the cheek, a reverse crucifix (behind his back) leading to a headfirst power driver to the mat.
