Remove administrator from used pc?? wdw's xp pro.?

Administrator blocks activities, updates, downloads,etc...Do not
have password.

goto safe mode. thats by pressing F8 before the windows startup screen. then there login to windows. u dont need a password to login as administrator. then create a new user with administrator priveleges. then restart and login as the new user.then delete the old user

Either reinstall windows or use a password recovery utility.
