A necessary revolution is always handy when one wants something and the powers in charge refuse to negotiate on absolutely no level. That's what causes revolutions; rigidity, egotism and the belief that "lesser people" are not worth anything more than taking taxes and votes to use in any fanciful way that's fun. Example: 6% is budgeted for education and 60% is budgeted for defense. The figures are rounded a bit, but it's the imbalance I'm trying to point out.

depends what it was for,,in uk,,we could be close to one,,would you help us,,,the powers that be are going to increse the council tax due to the illegal imigrants,,now where i live we dont seem to have any but other places do,,and they cost the government one hell of a lot to house,so we are going to pick up the tab,,the oldies are prepared to go to prison to force their point,,wonder what would happen if we all stopped paying c/tax.
