There's no way of telling for sure. You have to take their word for it. If they're very awkward and ask a lot of questions, chances are they're pretty inexperienced, but they may be shy, too.
That a girl doesn't bleed the first time she has sex doesn't mean she's done it before. The hymen of active gals (sports, riding on horseback, masturbation) often bursts during activities. Some gals don't even have one to begin with.
There's no way you can tell from looking at the semen if a guy's done it before or not, either.

There is no absolutely surefire way to tell - experienced or not. People have a broad range of individual differences which make it impossible to be sure if they are or are not virgins.
And wolfmdogg - are you 12??? "Sperm" doesn't have a color, unless you are examining your own with a microscope. The colors of ejaculate vary from transparent to opaque white to even yellowish. The colors are not at ALL related to the man's sexual experience.

They may complaint experiencing pain during intercourse. For man i think they would not last long and very much less foreplay involve simply they have not done that before, because theory and practical is totally different in sex.

Ask them? If you are ready to "make love" you should have a relationship where you are honest enough with each other....

it's virtually impossible to tell if a man is a virgin. you can guess from his sexual behavior. as for woman it's less difficult to tell, cause some women will bleed when their hymen are broken. again it's not a sure way to tell. cause some women broke their hymen through vigorous exercise from childhood.

well womens vaginal walls are tightened so if it feels really loose shes done it b4. as for guys if their sp3rm is pure white and not the least bit clear, hes done it b4 also
