On the top center writing, it reads like this "First is Reicanth, Last is Wailord" so I guess you must enter with a Rencanth and a Wailord and put it in that order. It was dark and you can't see where you are going, right?
Do you have Pikachu or Charmander as your pokemon?
Tell them to use their 'Flash' ability which they will get soon after you give them the 'HM'.
