do you like to dress in brown? tell me why?

Brown is a nice neutral color for the fall. I usually wear brown acessories, like handbags, purses, leather coats and gloves.

I LOVE BROWN! I have an issue where if something is brown, I'll buy it, even if the item is ugly in all other respects. Chocolate brown is THE hot color this fall. I like to dress in brown because I'm a brunette with dark eyes, so brown compliments me. But really, I think it looks great on everyone.

Brown is a good color for those with a "winter" complexion, as long as it does not ease over into the orange or yellow range. Personally, I like the coffee and earthy browns.

It's a neutral color like black. But I don't like to wear black. It looks so dead, and it fades really easily, and then it looks bad. Brown is a much more living color. And, if it fades a little, it still looks okay.

I occasionally work as a theater designer. There are two colors we rarely, if ever, use: Pure black, and pure white. Pure white tends to be blinding under theater lights, so we always mix in a little blue or yellow or something. And black? It looks SO dead... it doesn't reflect any light at all. If we need to paint something to look black, we actually paint it a very dark brown or a dark blue-purple. Black, under bright theater lights, looks like a hole, because it is so dead. The only time we paint something black is when we DON'T want it seen-- like, we paint the backside of buildings and stuff like that black, specifically to keep them from reflecting light.

Simply put, black is a dull, dead color.

Not as much .My mother used to over dress me in it. then when I got over that I bought a couple pieces and I got ewws out of the people that mattered to me so I wore them until I got tired of them and haven't found anything I've liked in brown since.

yes I like brown. You can wear any color with brown now, and give it a lil kick. I wear pink, light blue, green, orange, black, yellow... any color with brown. It's almost takes the place in my wardrobe for the color black.
