my ex is going to college in a week!?

i want to see him but things are still weird between us and i wanted to replace some cds i kinda lost to make it lik a parting gift with a cute meaning. i love him sooo much and im going to miss him. how should i do this? do i ask him if he wants to say goodbye lol im soo confused?
