Does anyone know what Lifetime movie I'm thinking of??

I saw it on Lifetime sometime between '97 - '01. All I remember are a few scenes near the end. In one scene, a mother is tied to a chair in the kitchen, she's wearing jeans, another woman is there holding the mother's baby in one hand and a gun in the other. Then the gunholder's boyfriend or husband or whatever comes in, he's in a rush for some reason, he's looking through all the drawers until he finds a cloth or something and blindfolds the woman tied to the chair. The next scene, the couple are taking the female hostage to the docks, she's walking with her hands tied behind her back and blindfolded, they take her to a boat where they start to put her in a sack and tie a rope around it, before they can finish, the female hostage struggles and manages to push them both off the boat and free herself. That's all I remember. Does this movie sound familiar to anyone?

Well, that's the ending of it actually, don't know anything else about it. As for "The Ever So Revealing Cloak", it appears there's no movie that goes by such name, tried imdb and the lifetime movie network site. Hmmm... I'm really scratching my head on this one... Anyone remember who was in it?
