Myspace meetings and relationships has been pretty well good on the average. But, there are incidents that young girls get raped by preying adults.
Young women should always tell their parents who they are communicating with in myspace. They should tell their parents who they will be meeting with. And if possible, the man(or boy) should meet the girl in her own turf(home) with her parents present. This way rape or other incidents that may leave young women in a very disadvantaged position can be avoided.

This is a tuff one....I have kids who are on myspace all the time. They have met some cool people. But, do I think that they will ever really meet? No. Some of these people are outside of the US .... others are several states away from us. They would have to really want to meet eachother for this to happen. But with enough effort ..... who says what might happen?

Well they could but don't trust just anyone. My mom found someone off the chatline and still with him after 4 years of marriage. But there are perverts any place you go on the internet so watch out don't just trust anyone. But if you decide to go with someone off the internet watch your back and have someone go with you to meet him.

I don't know i would like to meet people face to face. but I'm not sure maybe it can be a good relationship if yall have a lot in common and think it is going to work between yall.

For someone I know it did... you have to be SUPER careful though... people in their pics might not really be them...and make sure theyre really what age they say they are... talk to theyre friends maybe beforehand.... and make sure its locally so you have mutual friends. This way, you are less likely to get hurt.
But theres always a chance.... so... be veryyyy careful.
