In my opinion, life is simply wandering through the world doing whatever it is one does until they die. When I "googled" the question, this is what I got....

What is life? Does this sound like a strange question to you? Of course we all know what is meant by the word "life", but how would you define it?

Do all living things move? Do they all eat and breathe? Even though we all seem to know what is meant by saying something is "alive", it's not very easy to describe what "life" is. It's almost as hard as describing where life came from.

Even the biologists (people who study life) have a tough time describing what life is! But after many years of studying living things, from the mold on your old tuna sandwich to monkeys in the rainforest, biologists have determined that all living things do share some things in common:

1) Living things need to take in energy
2) Living things get rid of waste
3) Living things grow and develop
4) Living things respond to their environment
5) Living things reproduce and pass their traits onto their offspring
6) Over time, living things evolve (change slowly) in response to their environment

Therefore, in order for something to be considered to "have life" as we know it, it must possess these characteristics.

1. The state that precedes death and follows birth or conception.
2. In biology, a status given to an entity including animals, plants, fungi, bacteria and sometimes viruses, etc, with the properties of replication and metabolism.
3. In philosophy, the essence of the manifestation and the foundation of the being.
4. In phenomenology, the subjective and inner manifestation of the individual.
5. In Christianity, the essence of God, its own revelation.
6. A worthwhile existence.
7. The world in general, existence. (in life you should remember...)
8. Something which is inheritantly part of a person's existence, such as their job, their family, their loved one, etc.
9. (colloquial) A sentence imprisoning a convict until his or her death. More formally phrased life sentence.
10. The duration during which something operates
life is a noun... it has no meaning... it has no physical form... it the the between death, and birth... yet we reallydo not know if we are alive or dead... we all assume we are alive, yet are we truly alive?

There is no hard-and-fast dividing line between things that are alive and things that aren't. Generally speaking, biologists consider something to be alive if it can reproduce itself using DNA. This puts viruses into a grey area, because they can only reproduce by using other cells (and some use RNA instead of DNA). However, most biologists would still consider viruses to be alive, since they had to have evolved from an earlier ancestor that could reproduce itself and only later became parasitic to other cells.

Biologically speaking - A time/period which a animal/plant has to accomplish the task of reproduction and keep the specie populated.

Intellectual speaking - Don't know, varies from people to people. It is all based on the believes, religious and upbringing background. Ultimately, it is a chance to do whatever you want to do.

You neglected 2: existence, AND WHY? God made you because He loves you. you've any such ingredient said as 'purpose', that is why you're unique, honestly one of a form. That makes you 'particular', particular now to not me, who cares about me, yet particular to the only which created you--God. So, having coming to this end it can do you a lot reliable, to seek His will on your existence, and stay it to the finest of your ability. reliable success.

You create actions and fullfill them.

To create a thought and live it.

To have your bum wipped untill you leave home,
work hard to buy a mansion,
retire move into a small house,
get old and have your bum wipped untill you have had enough.
