well first you'd have to get the teams to cooperate with each other. (i realize it a cartoon and that can just happen but it should make sense, like story to go along with it) then i'd say itchy and scratchy would win then kill each other. again.

Itchy and Scratchy. They're a lot more violent. They actually rip each other apart (well, Itchy always mutliates Scratchy), and Tom and Jerry aren't sadistic enough beat them.
