You will probably have withdrawl symptoms,

Listen you have to stop if you love yourself and your husband!
I used to be a total alcoholic , it KILLS you! The stuff disentegrates
your body!

To lessen the toxic/withdrawl reaction, get some high potency
Grape seed extract w/ greentea extract. Antioxidants helped
me alot, that and it helps reverse the damage that has been
done. Take some Milk thistle ( for your liver ), and some
thiamin for purging the toxins out.

I would also recommend at this point to be taking an
all natural high potency vitamin and mineral supplement.
This will help repair the damage and lessen withdrawl.
It will also help you to not crave it as much.

If it is the taste of Liquior you desire, start consuming
some lacto fermented beverages, they are non alcoholic
and good for you. GTS Kombucha tastes like a wine cooler
but it really isnt, its a chinese tea! And is an awesome tonic!

You're going to have withdrawals, that's just your body's reaction to not getting it. If you're worried about withdrawals maybe try rehabe and/or AA meetings where you can get some extra support to help kick the habbit!

I quit drinking after 23 years. It's not that easy, but you can do it. How I did it was I focused my attention on college. I told myself that I will study as hard as I was drinking, and it worked.
