There was talk of doing some more series of Enterprise the one with Captain Archer in, they were going to do it in Canada but it fell through.
I read it on wiki the other day. :)
I got the following from Wiki.
Although Manny Coto, in April 2005, announced that he was already prepared to pitch a new series idea to Paramount, Enterprise's producers, as well as Paramount itself, have stated that Enterprise will probably be the last Star Trek television series for some years to come, although an 11th Star Trek film is now in the works, to be produced (and possibly directed) by J. J. Abrams and tentatively set for release in 2008 (see Star Trek XI). Although work on that project is still in its early stages, the new production has already garnered criticism from some fans similar to that attracted by Enterprise, as widespread rumours emerged in the media that the film might be another prequel, or might even represent a reboot of the entire Trek canon. (Rumours of Matt Damon being cast as James T. Kirk, along with an early promotional poster for the film prominently featuring the Kirk-era Starfleet emblem[6], have provided additional fuel for the reboot rumours.) However, Abrams and his writing staff, as of June 2006, have yet to definitively confirm or deny any of these rumours.

A new movie is in the works with J.J. Abrams (the creator of Lost and Alias and the director of Mission: Impossible III) in charge; there are no details as yet as to what the movie will be about and who it will involve, but rumors persist that it will be a "reboot" of the franchise that will revisit the original crew.
There are no plans for a new series, but it's evident that Paramount wants to revive the franchise through the new movie and hopes to someday have a new Trek series on the air.

I don't think so? I've heard rumours that they'll make a new film with a whole new cast and another rumour saying Matt Damon is taking the role of Captain Kirk. I think this is all rubbish.
They should bring back the "Enterprise" (Archer, Reed, etc) and do a film/series based during the Romulan Wars (which they missed out of the 4 Enterprise series), then we could see more of the Federation backstory as well as see some big space battles like you get in Star Wars and Serenity.

I loved Star Trek Enterprise and TNG, also Voyager was good but DS9 was disappointing at least for me. I wish they made all 7 seasons of Enterprise, I adored it! But I don't think there will be more series, but new movie, I think will be out for a couple of years, maybe in 2008.

I doubt they'll have any new Star Trek series on TV for some time, if it ever happens. I read something about a movie in the works that JJ Abrams is working on but I think that's supposed to be based on TOS characters.

Hopefully not, they've done Star Trek to death. It was ok when TNG came along 20 years after the original but since then they've gone OTT.

Nothing at the mo.
The new movie is likely to be a prequel, with a young Kirk.

Not that I know of, but I don't see why they couldn't make a next next generation series in twenty years or something.
